Driver Authorization Application Form

Fill out this form if you are planning to drive students to any Navs-sponsored event (Awaken, EDGE Preview, Campus Retreats, Summer Training Program, anything else), whether your own or a rented vehicle.

This 45 minute training is required by any student or staff planning on driving to or during a Navs-sponsored event.
